We used City Express on Monday, going from Hawthorne to Paddington, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have tried many different moving companies in the past, including Mini Movers and Scotty’s, and this was the first time I had a wholly pleasant experience. I worked hard, efficiently, and they were professional.

Used City Express and Removals to move from Ascot to Greenslopes, and couldn’t be happier. Guys were on time, really friendly, professional, and quick. The quote we received was far lower than what we got from elsewhere, and the service we got was well worth the price. I would recommended this company to my family and friends. There was a miscommunication from the company that sold us our bed. We were told one thing, and City Express didn’t receive the job until late at night for the following day, so they were unable to confirm information regarding the delivery date and time.
Myself and my partner had to be at work and we were told by the bed company we would have to wait another week in which we were not happy with. That evening I got a call from City Express saying they will drop off our bed within 24 hours, on the Saturday morning, with an hour window and they were punctual as well.
To me this is a company that looks after their clients and we very much appreciated it. City Express did go out of their way to deliver our bed I shall be choosing this company in the near future.
A huge thank you to the guys at City Express. They worked really hard, and made it look so easy. No damages, and they even brought my couch up the stairs when it wouldn’t fit in the lift.
